They had decided to start with the coal mine. Inside had been very dark, maybe darker than it should have been. At the end of the tortuous maze of the mine, they fought the Ideal of darkness, but found no key.
Disappointed but not discouraged, they had went eastward to the abandoned quarry. The quarry was empty but not yet overgrown, which they guessed was due to it being a gut. Quickly, they had found it at the bottom of the quarry, a strange structure, the Ideal of fossils. They destroyed it easily enough, but still no key.
Finally, they had approached Maseli, a tall volcano. Although the volcano was sleeping, an Ideal had seized it and was slowly stoking its flames. They had climbed to the top on the spiraling trail, fighting off other Ideals and a few angels, and there found the Ideal of passion, which they easily beat.
Now they had nowhere to go. They looked at their map, and saw a small group of islands called Sitelo on which a town rested. They sailed there to gather most information. During the trip, the phone rang.

Sitelo was made up of two main islands with two other smaller islands, closer to rock formations, between them. They went on the island with the village, beached their boat, and went in the inn. Just as they went in, the phone rang again.

The innkeeper agreed to feed them just for the night and lend them a room. She didn't believe that the operation would be successful, and so told them to leave the inn as is and left. They were a bit dumbfounded.
They thought together. Obviously, they had to search Majakike for the key before Ubu came, because if indeed the operation failed, they would never be able to retrieve the key. However, they guessed that going by themselves would be a bad idea. If they accidentally unmade the seal, they probably weren't powerful enough to stop the plague being. They also agreed that they needed more intel.
